MatSync for Web Apps

Club management for martial arts academies

MatSync is a web-based management platform built for martial arts academies, dojos and gyms. It gives club owners one place to run the day-to-day business instead of juggling spreadsheets, paper sign-in sheets and group chats.

From the browser dashboard, owners keep a searchable record of every member, create recurring classes with capacity limits, and set eligibility rules by age group (kids or adults) and skill level. Attendance shows up instantly when students check in through the mobile app. Belt and rank progression is fully configurable: clubs can set up their own grading systems, stripes and promotion criteria, see time-in-grade, and keep notes from evaluations.

Billing runs through Stripe, with recurring memberships, invoices and automatic retries of failed payments. Cash and bank transfers can be recorded manually. Family accounts let one parent manage several children. Members can be imported from CSV with guided onboarding.

MatSync is free for clubs with up to 30 students. The Grow plan costs $39 per month ($35 billed yearly) for unlimited students. Payments collected through Stripe carry Stripe's fee plus 0.5%. The platform is available in English, French, German, Dutch, Portuguese and Spanish, and is developed in the European Union with data hosted in EU data centers.
